How do you measure success at your company?

Success isn’t really about the number of sales you push monthly - I mean that would be great too, but with the growth and potential that we have built up in a short 6 months. We get a lot of large clients by referrals and they are often thrilled with our service and performance. That is also because I try to keep my staff motivated and happy, which in turn translates to the guests.

Where did you get the idea for your business?

It was a reaction to the current pandemic situation, restaurants and bars were closed and I wanted to extend the expertise I have in customer service combined with the passion for cocktails, so I found a method to bring world-class drinks to people’s homes, virtually, globally and hopefully soon in person.

What makes your business unique?

Evelyn Chick Projects Inc. is a creative hub for drink enthusiasts and home bartenders. There are a few aspects of the company providing different services such as Evelyn Chick Projects Consulting- Beverage design and Innovation, Salty Paloma - our line of artisanal cocktail rimmers, SALTY Cocktail kits and virtual experiences as well as Stay At Home Cocktail Club - a monthly subscription service. My business aims to bring the ultimate bar experience to the very comfort of your own home, creating moments and memories one shake and one stir at a time - a one-stop shop for all your bar and beverage needs. □
