What is the most common mistake business owners make?

Try to do it all. My business was only able to grow and scale because of the systems, tools and support I brought into it. You shouldn't have to do it all by yourself and you don't have to.

Who/what are your biggest motivators?

I'm most motivated by the women I want to serve. They have amazing businesses and brands and the fact that I get to help them improve the backend of their businesses is a treat. □
