Here at H3R, we are ALL about ensuring our employees and interns are happy, healthy, and excited to work at H3R. This means allowing flexible hours and schedules to fit everyone’s individual needs, encouraging open AND honest communication about any concerns or issues, and respecting everyone’s time and boundaries.

H3R operates during normal business hours Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm and we are closed each weekend. However, this does not mean you are required to operate during these days or hours, we want you to have the autonomy to choose the days and hours that work best for YOU, whether that's early morning, late evening, or in between. We simply ask that all assigned tasks are completed within the designated deadlines and that any new hours or schedule changes are communicated to your managers in advance.

We also recognize that life happens! Sometimes we get sick, an emergency comes up or a scheduling conflict arises. And it’s OK. We never want you to feel guilty for taking time off to focus on what’s priceless in your life: health, family, friends, and balance. We always want you to feel comfortable expressing your needs and we encourage you to reach out! We are judgment-free here and appreciate 100% open and honest conversation.

In return, we expect that all of our employees and interns bring exceptional work ethic, integrity, and values to our work environment.
