Soul Directed, Light Projected, Beauty Reflected

In a world of heavy density,
Heavy feelings and heavy healings,
It's important more than ever
to take the time to learn to shift,
to own one’s power to uplift.
In the heart of war,
Turning inward is our daily chore.
For peace begins within,
Beneath the afflictions of skin,
Believing in the beauty of love to win.
For we all have a light,
This light is our responsibility
to illuminate in any plight.
To call it forward past any wrong or right.
To see it onward into delight.
In every space and time
We can choose our own rhyme.
The way we react,
Like a magnet we attract.
In precious moments of awareness
When our energy scares us,
Turn inward and discuss,
Uproot the fuss and add a plus.
Uplifting can take many shapes and sounds,
One of which is to just ground,
Ground into your body, the vessel of your soul,
Connect to the beauty of nature and take a stroll.
Open your hand, touch the land,
Look up to the sky, let out a sigh
Foster a good posture
Allow your transcendence to lead,
Like a star seed, proceed to exceed!
Write out all your feelings,
Release all your daily dealings,
Believe in the power of change,
Get excited to see your range!
We are all miracles in motion,
Learning how to uplift from the ride of emotion,
The falls and fears of daily commotion.
To be present in this vast ocean,
And free to choose our daily devotion.
Who are we letting run our ship?
Do we have a tight grip?
Or are we allowing room to skip,
Enjoying the ups and downs of our worldly trip?
With lightness in our stride,
In grace, we glide.
Free from divide,
Dreaming big and thinking wide,
Allowing our inner light to guide.
We have all been elected
To be here, to stay connected,
Soul Directed,
Light Projected,
Beauty Reflected.
